Bailie Neary works as Research Staff Level III in the Energy Systems and Climate Analysis Group at EPRI. She supports the team with technical research and writing to develop and disseminate findings across research areas including greenhouse gas accounting, voluntary carbon markets and analysis of decarbonization pathways. Bailie received her MS in Agricultural and Applied Economics with a certificate in Energy Analysis and Policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a BA in Global Studies from the College of William & Mary.
