This report provides natural gas combined cycle cost and performance information to guide generation planning and project feasibility studies. Updated first-quarter (Q1) 2025 cost and performance analyses are presented for several configurations, design options, and technologies. A case is evaluated considering 95% CCS. Capital and operations and maintenance (O&M) cost estimates are broken down to show key equipment, labor, balance of plant (BOP), and soft cost components.
