To foster industry-wide conversation, EPRI hosted a “Workforce Workshop” in February 2025 bringing together crucial stakeholders, including energy producers, project developers, labor unions, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors to discuss the workforce’s ability to maintain current generation assets and build new generation assets to meet the demands of the energy industry’s evolution.
