The Climate Data Inventory is an online resource for discovering and understanding climate data that are available to support power system analyses. It catalogues a list of climate datasets and provides a searchable database with multiple filters, dataset details, and documentation. While the inventory represents a curated list for potential use in power system applications, it is not intended to be comprehensive list of every available climate dataset and excludes hyper-local and proprietary datasets.
The Climate Data Inventory should be used in conjunction with other Climate READi Workstream 1 resources, including the Climate Data User Guide, which provides guidance on the selection and application of climate data in various power system analysis contexts.
