Building upon the unique strengths that EPRI has developed, this project is expected to educate relevant stakeholders on the social cost of greenhouse gas (SC-GHG), track and assess new developments, and advance the technical frontier on SC-GHG estimation and policy use. Overall, this project aims to facilitate the development of scientifically reliable, robust, and stable estimates and policy applications that instill public confidence in the decisions they inform and facilitate efficient public and private sector planning.
